The prices quoted are for buffet service. Adam’s Grille & Taphouse provides serving tables and coverings, all serving pieces, and high-quality disposable plates, forks, knives, napkins, and wet naps.
We can arrange for tents, tables and chairs, linens, and other supplies or services for your event. Service charges may apply to small catering jobs. Special presentations and additional services are available for an additional charge.

Adam’s Famous Pig Roast
A slow roasted whole pig, carved on site, and BBQ’d chicken cut in 1/4 pieces. This menu is served with coleslaw, baked beans, potato salad, cucumber salad rolls & butter.
We provide our North Carolina Pig Pickin sauce (vinegar based), Adam’s BBQ sauce (tomato based) & Adam’s HAWG sauce (hot sauce)

Mixed Grill Menus
Mixed Grill menus are designed for parties of 100 or more. We usually bring our catering grill right to your location and grill the food on site. These menus also allow for you to mix and match different items from our set menus and design your perfect menu. We can usually accommodate less than 100 guests if needed, however, service fees may apply and certain menu items may not be available.
